Fairbanks LLC helps state and local agencies improve their business processes and revenues. The firm is led by experienced professionals with particular expertise in assisting education, health care and government agencies.

Fairbanks specializes in the implementation, training and change management associated with the introduction of new business processes and technology and its team includes former educators, health care administrators and project management experts. The Fairbanks team uses proven business methods and technology solutions that support and improve the revenue processes used by state and local education agencies as well as State Medicaid agencies.

Comprised of former principals and staff from Deloitte Consulting LLP, the Fairbanks team brings over 60 years of public sector management and consulting experience. The team has designed, implemented and operated Web-based third party claiming programs and enhanced revenues for approximately 1800 school districts with over 8 million students in 10 states, including Web-based Random Moment Time Studies and Medicaid Administrative Claiming for state and local agencies.

By concentrating on developing a deep understanding of our clients' challenges, Fairbanks is able to deliver results that meet the unique needs of our clients.
