Lisa B. Carnes, Principal
Ms. Carnes has more than 10 years of experience in management consulting, audit and risk management, and financial services. Ms. Carnes is a former Manager of Deloitte Consulting LLP and its School Based Health Services practice. Ms. Carnes manages ongoing client projects and is responsible for designing, implementing and managing the business processes and applications for claiming of third party reimbursement for health care services.

W. Isamu Fairbanks, Principal
Mr. Fairbanks has more than 10 years of experience in management consulting with governmental agencies, project management and implementation of web-enabled tools.  Mr. Fairbanks is a former Senior Manager of Deloitte Consulting LLP and its School Based Health Services practice.  Mr. Fairbanks manages ongoing client projects and has been involved in projects for the states of Arizona, Ohio, Illinois, North Carolina, Indiana and Nebraska.

Rick N. Jacobs, Principal
Mr. Jacobs has more than 26 years of experience in government, health care and management consulting in financial management and operations; hospital administration; program design, implementation and project management with governmental and non-profit organizations. While formerly a Principal of Deloitte Consulting LLP and Managing Director of the School Based Health Services practice Mr. Jacobs was the engagement partner for projects that have included more than 1800 local education agencies and state agencies in 10 states.

Andrew P. Joseph, Principal
Mr. Joseph has more than 10 years of experience in public education, management consulting and government administration. As a former high school teacher, an employee in central administration of an urban school district and as a consultant to school districts, Mr. Joseph has experienced public education from many different angles. As a former Manager with the School Based Health Services practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP, Mr. Joseph managed the State of Illinois project and worked in collaboration with school districts to create web-enabled tools to simplify all aspects of receiving school based services.

Greg Pease, Principal
Mr. Pease has over 10 years of experience in management consulting and health care.  Mr. Pease was responsible for all practice related financial management for the School Based Health Services practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP. Mr. Pease manages internal operations and is responsible for designing and implementing web-enabled tools for client use.
